ENVIRONMENT:

YOUR strong PLC, SCADA and industrial automation experience is wanted by a global Investment Group to fill the role of an Automation & PLC Technician. Working closely with Maintenance and Engineering teams, you will support automated production lines, do electrical and automation fault finding, SCADA monitoring and optimization while supporting continuous improvement projects. Applicants will be required to be Trade Tested as an Electrician/ Instrumentation Technician / Millwright / Electro-Mechanician and be skilled with Siemens PLC, Allen-Bradley, SCADA systems and sensors and controls.

 

DUTIES:

  • PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Support automated production lines.
  • SCADA monitoring and optimization.
  • Machine commissioning and automation upgrades.
  • Electrical and automation fault finding.
  • Support continuous improvement projects.
  • Work closely with Maintenance and Engineering teams.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Trade Tested Electrician/ Instrumentation Technician / Millwright / Electro-Mechanician.
  • Siemens PLC.
  • Allen-Bradley.
  • SCADA systems.
  • Industrial automation.
  • Electrical troubleshooting.
  • Sensors and controls.
  • Comfortable working shifts if required.
  • Willing to relocate to The Netherlands.

 

Preferred Industry Background –

  • Manufacturing / Food Production / Heavy Industry / FMCG / Industrial Plants / Packaging / Logistics Automation / Chemical Production
