Datafin IT Recruitment was established in 1999 by Lindy and Beverly Sollinger (sisters!). Datafin has grown into one of South Africa’s leading recruitment agencies of choice. From day one, we’ve focused on what truly matters: people.

We specialize in culture matching, fully conscious that ‘your vibe attracts your tribe’ we spend time getting to know our clients and candidates, to understand who will fit where and when.
