A dynamic Digital Agency seeks an ambitious Jnr Social Media Assistant & Technical Admin to join its team. Your role will include helping to create large social media campaigns while working on large projects, events and community management. You will also be expected to analyse and report audience information and demographics while proposing new innovative ideas and concepts for social media content.
Data capturing where required.
Respond to Social Media comments and posts.
Keep websites up to date.
Maintain Facebook Pages, Google Business Listings, LinkedIn and Instagram accounts.
Check and report on AutoSLM (CRM).
Check that content, vehicles and third-party listings are correct.
Use BeePro & Mailchimp to send mailshots.
Work closely with various departments. Physically go the Department Heads with complaints.
Escalate if leads are not responded to timeously.
Daily check (functionality, use of platforms and quality).
Minimum of 2 years’ related experience.
Abreast with the latest developments, social media platforms and tools.
Familiar with HelloPeter, Twitter, SMS and WhatsApp management and campaigns.
Available after hours if needed.
Well-spoken and well-written.
