ENVIRONMENT:
DRIVE innovation, efficiency, and automation within the business processes of an industry-leading organization specializing in Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) seeking to fill the dual role of a Technical Process Engineer/Technical BA. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/IT/Informatics/ Business Process Management or related discipline, preferably a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt (or Black Belt) Certification & TOGAF or BA Certification. You need to be skilled in SQL queries and /or data analysis with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and automation of business processes. You’ll be highly analytical, technically inclined, and have a strong understanding of Business Process Engineering within the Financial Services sector.
 
DUTIES:
Process Engineering & Optimization –
  • Analyze, design, and implement improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Conduct gap analyses and identify inefficiencies, providing practical and innovative solutions.
  • Develop end-to-end process documentation using BPMN, Visio, ARIS, or other process mapping tools.
  • Drive automation initiatives using process automation technologies.
  • Develop and maintain process models, frameworks, and architectures aligned with business objectives.
  • Leverage Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize workflows and eliminate process bottlenecks.
 
Solutioning & Innovation –
  • Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to develop scalable, technology-driven process solutions.
  • Investigate and present innovative ways to integrate automation, AI, and data analytics into business processes.
  • Ensure business processes are aligned with best practices, governance standards, and compliance regulations.
 
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration –
  • Work closely with Business Units, Data Engineers, Developers, and senior management to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, user-story mapping sessions, and process documentation reviews.
  • Develop and present business cases for process enhancements, focusing on efficiency gains, cost savings, and improved customer experience.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications –
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Informatics, Business Process Management, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt (or Black Belt) Certification is highly preferred.  
  • Additional Certifications in TOGAF, Business Analysis.
