They are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer which involves enhancing and optimizing the Salesforce org by implementing technical solutions, streamlining workflows, delivering demos and training, and driving adoption across teams to improve efficiency and customer experience.
 
DUTIES:
 
User management:
  • Own all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup & deactivation, implementation of sharing rules / OWD, and allocation of roles / profiles / permissions etc.
  • Monitor and improve user adoption, being a vocal advocate for Salesforce within the Group.
  • Working with the CRM Product Owner, monitor, triage, and prioritise user support tickets
  • Create and deliver demos of new features, as well as training for new and existing users
 
Salesforce development and maintenance:
  • Be the primary technical implementor of Salesforce configuration changes, including flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
  • Maintain an understanding of how any triggers / Apex code are utilised in their Salesforce org
  • Establish a best practice rhythm of proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • Establish a release rhythm, using sandbox & testing environments with a DevOps pipeline
  • Management of DevOps Centre deployment pipeline system
  • Maintain high quality technical documentation
  • Proactively identify unused or underutilised platform features, and monitor usage of existing features / reports etc. to identify any which could be deactivated
 
Data quality:
  • Adhere to data and quality standards across the organisation
  • Review and maintain data integrity within the system
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • You are a Certified Salesforce Administrator, with at least 2 years of Salesforce Administrator experience
  • You are a Certified Salesforce Administrator, with at least 2 years of Salesforce Administrator experience
  • You think systematically and logically and are comfortable analysing complex scenarios
  • You have experience of designing and implementing scalable, best practice solutions and Salesforce configuration changes
  • You are an excellent team player who can also work under your own initiative
  • You have excellent relationship-building skills
  • You have experience of preparing and delivering presentations and training
  • You have experience of working with sandbox environments
  • You have experience of working with release management pipelines such as DevOps Centre or equivalent
  • You can create clear and helpful technical documentation with an appropriate level of thoroughness
  • You have experience of front-line customer support, for example through a helpdesk or other ticketing system
  • You have experience of working within Agile project teams
  • You have experience of working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
  • Additional Salesforce Certifications? (e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)
  • Degree level education
  • Active in the Salesforce community
