FILL the role of a Project Lead (HVAC Yacht Building) sought by a Yacht Design Specialist where you will coordinate the demands of the project, deadlines and plans, oversee the whole project and guard the planning, budget and progress while taking project risks, setting guidelines and quality requirements into account. The ideal candidate will have a completed Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field with experience leading HVAC/Sanitary projects – preferably in the maritime industry and have Project Management, Planning & Control experience with a good command of the English language.
DUTIES:
- As a Project Lead HVAC, you are the point of contact for all sanitary installations on board of the yacht.
- From the moment that the Engineering Department has determined the specifications you are responsible for leading the project.
- Coordinate the demands of the project, deadlines, plans and coordinate with your colleagues from other disciplines.
- Oversee the whole project and guard the planning, budget and progress.
- Lead the Project team and coordinate the preparation for production.
- Take project risks, set guidelines and quality requirements into account.
- Gradually evaluate the projects and make adjustments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field.
- Experience with leading HVAC/Sanitary projects, preferably in the maritime industry.
- Experience within Project Management, Planning and Control.
- You have a good command of the English language.
