They are looking for a Project Administrator to take will provide essential project administration support to the broadband and VOIP project managers. Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder coordination, documentation management, and monitoring of project progress.
 
DUTIES:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
  • Maintain project documentation, update organisational tools, and manage project schedules.
  • Assist with stakeholder communication and coordination.
  • Schedule and take minutes for meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Monitor project risks and escalate issues as required.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with project governance.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of project administration experience in broadband and VOIP projects.
  • Education: A tertiary qualification or certification at NQF Level 5 or higher relevant to the role (e.g., Project Administration, ICT, Business Management).
 
Skills:
  • Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
