ENVIRONMENT:
A highly experienced, professional and meticulous Personal Assistant is sought by a Software Development company to join its team. Your role will entail performing the full PA function which includes scheduling internal and client meetings, client contract filing, organizing travel arrangements and assisting with personal tasks. The ideal candidate must have Matric/Grade 12 qualification with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, be MS Word & Excel proficient with basic Accounting knowledge, own car and a valid Driver’s License. Candidates must live in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
 
DUTIES:
  • Provide full PA duties to the CEO.
  • Diary and Time Management.
  • Email Management.
  • Procurement of ad hoc items required.
  • Maintain the office filing system.
  • Travel arrangements.
  • Arrange meetings as and when required.
  • Undertake projects and research.
  • Assist with personal tasks as and when required.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification essential.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant / Secretary.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Strong Interpersonal & Communication skills (Verbal and Written). 
  • Driver’s license and own car.
