ENVIRONMENT:
A renowned digital command hub based in Cape Town is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Advisory Associate. The ideal candidate will be a skilled multi-tasker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
DUTIES:
Calendar Management:
- Efficiently manage and prioritise the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internal and external, ensuring timely invitations and reminders.
- Anticipate potential scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
Travel Arrangements:
- Book and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Obtain necessary visas and travel documents.
- Coordinate itineraries and ensure seamless travel experiences.
Correspondence:
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, including emails, letters, and presentations.
- Respond to inquiries and requests on behalf of the executive as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Administrative Tasks:
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain an organised and efficient filing system.
- Manage expense reports and reimbursements.
Event Planning:
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and event logistics.
Confidential Matters:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
