ENVIRONMENT:
JOIN the campus of a dynamic Academic Institute seeking your lecturing experience to fill the role of an IT Lecturer specializing in Software Engineering. You will lecture on IT-related modules on a full-time basis while assisting in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department. The successful incumbent will need to possess a PhD/Master’s in Computer Science/IT or a related discipline with relevant lecturing experience of around 1-2 years including knowledge of Higher Education practices and processes and relevant research experience.
DUTIES:
Modules to be lectured: Game Design and Development, Frontend and Backend Technologies, Embedded System Software Development
- Lecturing.
- General administration.
- Set and mark of assessments.
- Preparation of notes and additional study materials.
- Quality Assurance.
- Management of At-risk students.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications –
- PhD/Master’s in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
Experience/Skills –
- 1-2 Years relevant lecturing experience.
- Necessary knowledge of Higher Education practices and processes.
- Relevant research experience.
