Compliance Administrator

ENVIRONMENT:
Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding provider of cutting-edge FinTech solutions for the property sector, is seeking a Compliance Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring their client support remains above their set standard while managing and processing client queries. Your primary responsibility is to facilitate the seamless integration of new clients into the organisation while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will play a crucial role in the initial stages of their client relationships.
 
DUTIES:
  • Completion of customer onboarding packs.
  • Checking of clients’ FICA documents.
  • Liaise with sales and support teams about clients’ compliance status.
  • Assist with support related to banking and other compliance-related queries.
  • General administration tasks.
 
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Proficiency in PDF editors.
  • Customer service/support experience would be advantageous.
  • Experience in administration.
  • Tertiary education is advantageous but not critical.
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Familiarity with banking procedures and documentation is beneficial.
