ENVIRONMENT:
YOUR strong understanding of Digital Marketing & proven ability to manage multiple accounts, projects and deadlines is wanted by an innovative Digital Marketing Agency to fill the role of its next Account Manager. You will be expected to ensure clients remain happy and engaged, manage their accounts efficiently and that opportunities for expanding their marketing initiatives are identified and pursued. You will also serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful execution of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will require at least 2+ years’ work experience in Account Management within a Digital Marketing agency or similar environment with a solid understanding of Digital Marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Social Media, and other online advertising platforms. You must possess the strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, create and present reports that demonstrate campaign performance, key insights, and areas for improvement & have experience upselling and cross-selling Digital Marketing services to maximize client value and revenue growth.
 
DUTIES:
Client Account Management –
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and updates on their marketing initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standards.
 
Project Coordination & Deliverables –
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of Digital Marketing strategies, campaigns, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and resolve any issues that may impact timelines or client satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the agency’s service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations in terms of quality and effectiveness.
 
Growth & Upselling –
  • Identify opportunities to expand the client’s account by introducing new services and Digital Marketing solutions.
  • Develop and execute upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase client investment and enhance account profitability.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to clients that align with their goals and drive measurable business growth.
 
Performance Analysis & Reporting –
  • Regularly analyse campaign performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Create detailed reports that outline the impact of marketing strategies and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Communicate performance results clearly and effectively, focusing on how they align with the client’s business objectives.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Account Management within a Digital Marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Social Media, and other online advertising platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter who is able to manage a book of business independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable client insights.
  • High-speed internet and a reliable computer are mandatory.

Strong leadership skills to influence both internal team members and clients, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
