ENVIRONMENT:
A Johannesburg-based software engineering and data science consultancy, with a global development presence, supports a diverse client base that includes large enterprises and emerging startups across South Africa, the Middle East, and the United States. They are currently seeking a Technical Account Manager responsible for overseeing the technical implementation of all projects related to the clients assigned to you. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical contact for users and act as a liaison between the client and various departments within the group. DUTIES:
- Lead project teams to solve clients’ complex business problems through creative and innovative solutions.
- Understand clients’ IT infrastructure and business processes to recommend suitable IT solutions and services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Work with internal teams, including pre-sales, technical support, and product management, to ensure successful solution implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on IT strategies, solutions, and industry best practices.
